really good course but not true to life as we don't always deal with able bodied people who cannot always follow instructions

A physical meeting will be more effective, obviously. But the shadowing planned respective companies solves the issue.

The course was informative, however I feel that it would be beneficial for the videos to be more reflective of the types of situations staff would be in on a day to day basis, such as supporting a resident with advanced dementia, that was unable to follow clear instructions. I think this would be extremely helpful, particularly to care staff that aren't familiar to this role.

The PEG Feed course was excellent while the Epilepsy course was overloaded with information that did not seem relevant to the management of the condition. A condition that is genetic or neurological, for carers, would focus on the management as carers are not meant to study Epilepsy in great detail.
