Zoom courses seem very difficult to join and get onto and also sometimes difficult to participate

The course was aimed at care homes and I work in the community so no appropriate for me. I lone work and do not have colleague for support in an incident.

All information and course material are up to date. The course was well-delivered by the trainer. The course was interesting and interactive

Somewhat lengthy for an online course,however this was very useful subjects in many ways .
