Fantastic course, thoroughly enjoyed it all and loads of content to learn. Lecturer made it easy to understand and very engaging, would be more beneficial as there was so much to take in and understand to maybe make it a 3 day course in order to process all the information on each subject.

The time is too long for the amount of information

Sarah had a really warm and bubbly personality. She was thorough with her explanations and welcomed every questions that was asked. I personally was running behind at first and I explained in a chat to her and she was absolutely understanding. I really did enjoy her training as she made it easy and we had a few laughs in between which made the training enjoyable and not bored. Thanks Sarah

very informative for myself and family especially my mom she was even more attentive than I was. we are dealing with my mom having a stroke earlier this year, she is now correcting us on how to use the sling and hoist properly. we were using the slide sheet wrong now than she knows what to do we are being told off.
