Cledan was excellent, and the notes from the course have been shared with those who couldn't attend from my team. We were very impressed with him and his approach, and I can't fault his enthusiasm or presentation skills. A very worthwhile and informative day.
Need some training on reserves management
Great course and great instructor, explaining very well the topics and demonstrating with examples, going over the material and making sure participants understand as well as answering all questions
A tailormade made course that was well presented, motivating learners to put the knowledge to use. If there is anything, that can only make the course better, then perhaps a session on definitions of commonly used terminology. It might be better to define these upfront instead of during the course. The course is truly value adding and for Emma to share her wisdom on this is very special. Lance Moodley
