Would use again

My only issue is the printed material that was did not come out properly with missing letters therein.

Sue is a great trainer and managed well to deliver a training in a virtual setting. It was very comprehensive and feel that I have learned a lot.

Great course and great instructor, explaining very well the topics and demonstrating with examples, going over the material and making sure participants understand as well as answering all questions
