The course was way better than I expected. I did not mind the fact that there were few of us in attendance at all. This made for a more personalised learning experience.

Overall, the training was exceptionally well organized. The CBFS training room was well-prepared, providing a comfortable and professional setting that supported effective learning. The course content was highly relevant and useful, especially for someone new to syndicated lending, offering a well-rounded and practical understanding of the topic. The instructor was professional, knowledgeable, and engaging, combining deep expertise with a great sense of humor that made the sessions interactive and enjoyable. He took special care to ensure that both beginners and more advanced participants were equally supported and engaged throughout. The addition of quizzes and small prizes made the learning process fun and motivating.
It was a good course and I like the interaction and thought it had Interesting topics but as noted above it wasn’t appropriate for my level of experience. However, that’s more of a criticism from our team for suggesting/requiring this course, especially given the amount of time it required to step out of my busy schedule.
