The course was extremely helpful in delivering the basics of performance measurement. If if may suggest something, I would only add more practical exercises to provide the bridge from theory to practise.
Wished to have more focus on ECL and Stage 3 provision part. SPPI part seems too long. Breakout session seems not effective. Overall, good and efficient.
Serge is very knowledgeable on the course topics and the way of his teaching is very effective. I think he has done very well considering the limitations of the online teaching. He could communicate with everyone, and was able to answer all the questions.
