Good concepts and framework to have it in mind, especially in the relationship part of the job. It was a very pleasant training. Good thoughts to create the separate room for the colleagues interactions and a tiny bit of socialization.

Very interesting course, would recommend definitely! Robert was able to capture our attention through the whole training in a difficult context (via call). He was really able to peak our interest on this topic.

considering it was over Zoom, the pace and the content were well organised and thought. It was not too heavy or lengthy. The content was easy to understand and use in our daily work.

It's a useful course, especially to those with less or no sales experience. Hope there can be more detective games.

The course is very practical and I do have some take away from the course to bring to my daily work as Account Manager. Key areas I find useful are " Questioning skills, SR video and how to structure a good meeting.

insightful training and I liked how it was delivered and the style. the only improvement opportunity is on the use of current data or information as some examples were bit old.
