Facilitator did an excellent job with the class
It was a good course to help in understanding of PPP Projects which are in the pipeline in Malawi.
Overall course is good but you should also include more courses on email writing, managing internal customers & expectations apart from client interactions
Course content is advanced and very useful to credit officers and directly related to their job function but it should be more than 3 days to be able to discuss more topics and case studies.
Good training, content and trainer with good tips on navigating challenges faced in managing operational risks in organizations.
