Course well run

The course was very good. The information on reasons for banks failure being largely operational risks was new to me.

I was very impressed with Allan's approach to measuring risk - it was different and worth more consideration

Overall, it is great learning session with quality delivery and experience sharing by the facilitators

The course has been very instructive and we will certainly use the content in order to improve our performance at work.

Overall, the contents of course were relevant and the trainers were good as well, but a video on best practices is welcome.
