A lot of content but a good foundational course. I enjoyed it.
Sarah really makes the course. She is so experienced and happy to help people with different levels of understanding. Topics covered were appropriate and the materials, examples and exercises all helped in the learning process. Would highly recommend to my colleagues.

It was a very beneficial course. I have already recommended to HSBC staff here in Greece. Very interesting for covering also the international aspect of HSBC as the instuctor analysed the various cultures and charactrestics of multiple countries.
