It was a really interesting course, which can help us a lot in our day to day business to understand clients more and can also help us in our everyday life.
It was a very beneficial course. I have already recommended to HSBC staff here in Greece. Very interesting for covering also the international aspect of HSBC as the instuctor analysed the various cultures and charactrestics of multiple countries.

Prefer the training material to be printed in colour, hence easy to see the graph/line. Find case study from other countries, such as, Southeast Asia or United States.
Course material can be covered whiten only 3 days, it does not need 5 days, as it is repeated, in addition to the fact that many parts of the material submitted are largely repeated and are repeated repeatedly without the need
This is certainly one of the best I attended in terms of immediate impact as it dealt with the issues participants are dealing and or being confronted with.
