If you need a MTBI customer service I really recommend Henry!
The course beat my expectations by quite a lot, it was really engaging and informative. Also hearing all the anecdotes made it easy to understand and learn about concepts. I generally have a hard time listening to courses like this and being engaged, but Henry made it really easy to do so and be engaged the whole time.
Thank you so much for a fabulous course that I will certainly implement in my day to day.
I feel the instructor is a good fit for people more a junior level as his subject was mostly about theories and not much on how to apply it. I feel he was not able to control the class as sometimes I feel the trainees are not following the trainers instructions
I hope to attend more Euromoney courses in the future

Overall course is perfect but from my opinion if you could reduce the timing to be till 3 pm will be much good.
