I liked the pacing. It was effective as well to put us into breakout rooms to discuss and retain the information in the previous session. I thought Robert was effective as well in presenting the key messages. Overall it was a very informative course, happy to have attended it.
the training was great ! trainer tried to interact with trainee. However, into the breakroom, unfortunately there are some trainees not participating at all.
The training is good, very interactive and it allows us to demonstrate practically with what we learnt.
