Content covered was extensive and clear. The trainers, Mark and Lorraine, were very flexible in ensuring that we voice out any concerns and that they tailor the learning schedule for us. They were supportive and encouraging.
I really do enjoy the course and it was a good overview of securities services. However, I believe there is so much more to learn beyond that and it is for us to ask more questions going into the business. I would have preferred physical sessions but holding it online was totally understandable. (due to Covid) Overall, I really enjoyed the interactions with our trainers- fantastic people to work with.
Very good and informative overall, though the sound was a bit muffled at times
The trainer was clear and elaborate, laying and achieving his goals for each session. The slides was quite comprehensive though some of them were blurred, most often the screenshots.
Great presentation by Graig But a little difficult for me because I am not Native speaker. However, He held a quiz session and other things like We could join together. so I really enjoyed and learn deeply. Thank you

Good attempt at transitioning to online format. I suggest inclusion of case studies at least one each day. and presenting out to a mock board. Case studies to be given in advance to ensure preparation before the course starts Need to encourage networking time even though online - Perhaps set aside 30 Mins each day for networking for the team to just get to know one another
1 The training was very useful and provided me additional insight on financial modelling especially on the use of developer's menu. 2. The trainer took time to explain areas that are not clear.
Course was informative. Would be better in class format instead of online.
Well designed and very interesting course about LME hedging. Special kudos to the trainer Emma Jenkins who was always open to answer any hedging related question. Highly recommend!
