great engagement, especially in light of difficult online circumstances (technical issues, connection, etc), good pacing
enjoyed exercises with multiple interactions (eg Q&A on the chat) as helps to keep focused maybe some videos (eg concrete situations) could also help to keep people focused.

Find it very interesting training, though we have it thru zoom, good material, good techniques approach and good coach with very clear tips and tricks and steps to steps to follow thru to gain tremendous result for the account manager, bank and clients expectation on top. Very Recommended.
