Was a good course. Learning glossary, definitions and more so how to strategically read a loan agreement was key learning. From mechanical part, control to boiler plate. Sue was great at introducing the clauses giving a good background. Examples from daily life and the exercises were quite useful. I got both a good framework to go through the document and understanding of the details to watch out for. The training equipped me with useful tools to analyze and negotiate the agreement. I think course was a perfect pace and just right quantity and depth of information to digest in this amount of time .
