The trainer is v passionate about his topic. Would be good if he could expound on how to create more positive experiences to turn the negative ones. How to create the positive growth mindset.

I think the session is very useful as a base for Client Service. It helps in setting out what the expectations of a Client Service personnel are, and provide us with tools in better managing our clients.
