Very informative and educational Very good material as canevas for Board Members
In general the training is interesting and the trainers are good. However, the risk session taught me additional understanding of banking risks.
This is a very enlightening programme that is of good value to Directors, I therefore would recommend that more time be allotted, say 2 Days for a more detailed discussion of the topics/content.
I did the 2016 - 2020 strategic Plan for the Zambia Airport Corporation Limited and was involved in corporate governance training. so have some ideas but the two trainers were in my view very knowledgeable and competent with their materials

Nigel, Is a composed, knowledgeable well equipped teacher-banker. He has managed to keep tabs with the current changes in banking despite not practicing for long. Nigel is an honest teacher affirming and correcting when need be. Despite the time and geographic distance, His presence was always there. He was quite understanding keeping in mind some of us were at the desk top with no talking aid. The course was timely to my career and personal growth. I now know how to handle corporates better.
