Generally, the course was done in a congenial atmosphere and at a very comfortable and easily accessible venue. The facilitator is experienced and is generally able to relate to the participants’ unique work environments. The course duration is appropriate as it does not take you away from work for an extended period.

good training course especially for those who are dealing with customers on daily basis
Great course, loved the practical activities
Overall the course was good. It will be great to have courses that suit timezones for other markets. perhaps conduct a separate training for various markets that have similar timezones.
I believe the course agenda was detailed however it did not state the required experience/knowledge for participants

Generally speaking: I liked the general approach a lot, i.e. very much based on conceptual thinking - how to approach it, what to look for etc. (instead of focussing on technical nitty-gritty)
