Thoroughly enjoyable 2 days training with the feedback and comments provided above which came with some reservations as with any training. Will certainly recommend this to other leaders and businesses as there are really a lot of positives that can be taken away with the different skill sets and models taught.
Henry is an interesting trainer .the lesson is fund and easy to understand.
I would attend courses by the same trainer again.
It will be more interesting if the role play is not job related other then that the course is really good to have.
