nothing new on course just the same as usual

This course was an excellent overview of the Gut-Brain Axis with scientific evidence and the practical assistance that would support clients included. Jane was an excellent tutor with a great delivery approach and the notes with further research were subsequently provided.

I attended the course as part of my work towards AHD and it was superb. Not only through the delivery of the content, but also thanks to the genuinely professional and passionate delivery of Claire. I'm glad I took copious amounts of notes as that made me look further afield when re-reading my paperwork.
