Practitioner Level Clinical Hypnotherapy Training
CPHT’s accredited Hypnotherapy Diploma Course will equip you to become an effective and business-ready solution focused hypnotherapist. Whether you have prior experience as a helping professional or are looking to completely change your career, you can graduate with all the necessary skills and knowledge you need to begin your career immediately. Successful completion of the course leads to the Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (DSFH). In addition, successful completion of your accompanying portfolio leads to the NCFE accredited Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD).
The HPD is awarded by the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH) and is externally accredited by NCFE as having measurable learning outcomes, benchmarked at Level 4 (using Ofqual’s Qualification and Credit Framework [QCF] level descriptors). Successful qualification will allow you to practise professionally, to be professionally insured and to gain membership with the appropriate governing bodies and associations.
Classroom-Based Weekend Learning
The training experience is face-to-face, classroom-based, practical and interactive, delivered by experienced and currently practicing hypnotherapists. CPHT is committed to delivering gold standard training; giving you the skills, experience, knowledge and confidence to be an effective and successful practitioner and to enjoy a successful career as a professional hypnotherapist, beginning at graduation.
You’ll be in the classroom one weekend a month for 10 months. Between face-to-face hypnotherapy training days, you will be building up your experience with real hypnotherapy clients, at first without charge and towards the end of your hypnotherapy training, charging half price. Many of our students recoup a significant part of their course fees before they graduate.
Alongside your practical study you can complete a written portfolio, which counts towards your Hypnotherapy in Practice Diploma (HPD). Only 20% of UK hypnotherapists have this award and it is the only national, industry recognised, professional award.

What is solution Focused Hypnotherapy?
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a brain based form of psychotherapy (talking therapy) that combines solution focused questioning with trance relaxation and neuro-education. It allows clients to overcome issues and move forward setting a succession of small goals to attain. As a solution focused hypnotherapist, you will learn how to teach your clients how their brains work so they can regain control of their thoughts, habits, reactions and behaviours.
No experience or associated education is necessary because the training programme is designed to give you a thorough and sound knowledge of everything.
