CPHT Solution Focused Hypnotherapy Training Reviews

It’s been an amazing course that’s changed my life. Coming into it I felt intrigued about hypnotherapy and wanted to find out more. It’s been an intensive 10 months where I’ve learnt so much and had lots of practical experience from the get go. I’ve now finished it and received my Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, got a whole new career and paying clients from the beginning as I build my practice. It’s been a tricky year due to Covid which as meant that most of the course was done online via zoom. It was managed well and didn’t stop it going ahead which I applaud, I just personally prefer learning in a group face to face and was pleased we got to finish the last two months in person. Thank you to Gary and Nicole our lecturers, they’ve shared their wealth of knowledge and experience to help us do the best therapy we can for our case studies. I’ve personally sought help with clients between our monthly sessions where I’ve hit a wall and found the help and support useful and of benefit to my clients. Their passion for what they do is apparent as they can see the difference they are making.

I really enjoyed this CPD as it is of particular interest to me. I found Carmen to be extremely passionate about this subject too, and really appreciated her personal perspective and especially in what she shared to the group. One of CPHT Hampshire's students who is going to graduate this weekend was in this group too and found it extremely useful and informative as I did. Therefore I believe this was a great CPD for near graduates, new graduates as well as old timers such as me ;-). Many thanks.

Fantastic, insightful course run by highly knowledgable, engaging lecturers. Very professional format with lots of practical assignments and real client practice sessions from month one. As well as the serious academic subject matter, it's actually lots of fun too....so if you're prepared to put the work in, you will get everything out of this that you desire, plus so much more!

I have found the course to be excellent. It has not only given me a new career , it has given me my own personal set of skills in helping myself overcome anxiety and made a huge impact on all parts of my life and my families. The course content was well-thought out, providing a great balance of theoretical knowledge and practical applications. The lecturer paced the delivery perfectly and used a variety of media and interactive sessions so that the day flew past. Participants were actively prompted to reflect on and assess how their knew-found knowledge could be applied to their own practice. There was plenty of time throughout the day for spontaneous dialogue and questions, all of which were answered very honestly, but the course was still run on time and precisely to schedule. I learned things and will apply techniques to my practice in general as a result of this course, and not just in the specialist area it covered. Would highly recommend this course and lecturer.

Fantastic CPD that offered an interesting overview of the most common additional needs. Lots of practical tips around information gathering, the initial consultation, scaling and the miracle question. The course also included the opportunity to ask questions, lots of interaction and a great case study to really demonstrate the impact SFH can have for those with additional needs (and their family!). Fantastic course. Caroline was very engaging and knowledgeable. There is so much I can take from this course that applies to all clients and not just those on a weight management journey. There was a great mix of content delivery, exercises and chances for discussion, I would highly recommend.
