Great session, didn't necessarily feel stressed before but I feel it provided useful information to those who may struggle more or if future situations were to arise.

It was helpful to know that everyone deals with the anxiety and it is not something unusual. I will try taking a deep breath before doing work so that I can focus on that specific task. Thank you for the lesson.

I really appreciated the calm and caring approach of the session. I liked how Iman would ask us questions and involved us in breathing exercises and also reminded that it is okay to feel anxious. It is helpful to know that many people feel overwhelmed and reminding ourselves that things like exams aren't the end of the world was a nice thing to hear.

The way in which the presentation was layed out made it easy to understand and follow along the process and the way in which strategies should be applied.

The session was useful overall. I personally don't feel too anxious about deadlines or grades which may or not be a good thing but as a result I feel there is much less stress on myself. On the other hand, I do procrastinate to a heavy extent which was nicely touched upon in the presentation and I can take on board the advice the presenter gave me. The breathing technique was a nice trick and I will definitley use it in the future. The presenter was very considerate and well explained which meant at no point in the presentation did I feel uncomfortable with the topic being discussed.
