REALLY GREAT AND A TIMELY REMINDER!

Really interesting training and developing skills not only in my role but for my own mental health also. In my role as a family worker, we discuss with parents 'emptying their bucket' but it will be really useful to develop this discussion around reducing what they put in their bucket in order to develop resilience.

I like the course - opportunity to interact with others and some practical pointers to help with MH.

I have enjoyed this course very much and learnt a lot in a short space of time. The level of learning and interaction was just right for my learning needs
