Really interesting and informative course - such a shame it couldn't be delivered face to face as I think it would have even more valuable!
trainer has such a good training voice, very interesting and engaging.
have left with some great ideas, delivered well, perfectly timed and delivered well.
Has made me think about my personal issues and also how staff that I manage may be affected by both work issues and personal issues particularly in the current climate.
Facilitator was brilliant - However, course is possibly better face to face. I lost connection a couple of times and there were many instances were the speech was intermittent. I will be very interested in the classroom base training when it does come out, please. Thank you
Fantastic course, delivered so well with lots of beneficial and appropriate information. Facilitator spoke clearly and was very knowledgeable - just a shame it wasn't longer as I found the actual science behind it fascinating. Thank you and well done!
