This course was very informative and has given me a greater understanding and awareness. It was really interesting to listen to how the brain works and levels of stress and being able to identify and relate this to my own life. Thank you

Thank you. It was great to have the opportunity to reflect on things. I'm sure when you deliver face to face it is slightly different but in the current circumstances it is great to do something like this online

This course would be better face to face but obviously not able to in this climate. It was very useful - everyone should do this course. Its made me reflect on myself and what I can do to make more positive differences to improve my and others mental health.

I wish I had attended this course before lockdown as it would have helped with managing the issues better in my view. Would be helpful to attend a face to face training.

Although I had problems with my Zoom connection, dropping in and out so I missed some of the conversations, overall the content was very good, and it enabled me to reflect on some of the things I am already doing.

Content was very interesting. it was good to learn the different types of stresses and how to recognize physical and mental health symptoms in other people what you don't necessary experience in your own life. Thank you
