I found this incredibly useful - I manage a large team and I am aware that some of them have struggled with their Mental Health in the past so some really good points here - I am going to try the WAP with the whole team and will be recommending to others.

A lovely course full of interesting science about the brain and how we respond to stress and negative thoughts. I found it very helpful and thought provoking. I particularly enjoyed learning about how to empty stress buckets and stop filling them up! P.S sorry about one star for Gary I didn’t realise what I was doing lol

Emma is very knowledgeable and it came across during the training session. Emma made the session interesting. I understand why there were no activities as session was only two hours long but it would have been nice to have an opportunity to discuss some of the points with the group or part of the group to share views. Overall good session but not very interactive.
