A good course. Gary knows the material well. There was plenty of new information that I was not aware of. Mental health is a serious problem but it isn't easily solved we need to do what we can on this.

Found it really useful to understand how the brain works and some practical tips on what you can in place to have a more positive mindset. Course was really easy to follow and came away feeling that I have more knowledge to be able to tackle things in a different way - thanks again

Personally I have experienced a lot of stress related issues recently regarding my dad and his care both physically and mentally. This has helped me and I will take into consideration a lot of what we have covered today. Thankyou for a fab course
