Emma was knowledgeable, engaging and delivered the session well given that an iterative session had to be delivered in a difficult un-interative way. The use of the workbook also kept me focused and made me think about how I can support my own mental health and also how to support others through this difficult time. Thank you Emma !!

great course very informative Emma clearly understand mental health and well being in depth and has a clear and empathetic approach into a sensitive subject. I understand this has been adapted to online training and would be really interested in the full face to face classroom session with more interaction ( I understand as a trainer myself this is extremely difficult online) . In saying that the resources and booklet were great and something to go back and re-cap later. Many thanks for this informative workshop.

Really good course, well presented and at a good pace. Lots of info that is not entirely new but really worth reflecting on and some good strategies to improving ones good MH. I can def see I am regularly impacted by MH issues so this content is very important and very useful. Thank you

Very, very good! Interesting facts and brilliant advice. Easy to pick out things that I can do to improve my mental health. Not daunting at all. Feeling positive, yay!
