Very Informative course and not something that we necessarily look at in much depth but something that we should do.

Tamsen really knows her stuff! The course was straight forward and helpful. I really felt it was two hours well spent and have used the techniques effectively since. I would highly recommend Mental Health in the Workplace as their approach is unique, well thought through and practical. Thank you Tamsen!

Tamsen ran an excellent course. The only negative it that she only had a 2 hour slot so she was trying to squeeze a lot in as I understand normally the content would cover a longer period. It made me really think about things that ordinarily I wouldn't. I would definitely recommend.

I asked Tamsen to run a webinar for the members in our networking community to help support them during this time, and with a weeks’ notice Tamsen went above and beyond. The webinar was extremely useful and relevant. The presentation explained everything in great detail, but also in a way that meant it was understandable for everyone. The workbook which supported the presentation was a great tool to take away ad to look back on. Thank you again Tamsen!

Excellent session. I learnt practical ways I can support my own mental health as well as why they're important to do. The session included the neuroscience behind the techniques, delivered in a way that anyone can understand, so I left feeling equipped and motivated to take action. I also plan to use what I learnt with my family to help them support their own mental health. Thank you MHW!

Tamsen is an expert facilitator. She delivers interesting and compelling evidence based material in a way which bridges all learning styles. I loved the workbook, enabling me to make notes throughout and stay abreast of the workshop content. I am a kinaesthetic learner and a lot of technical information can be overwhelming and so I was very grateful for the break in the middle of the session. I had some key learnings. Thank you Tamsen:)
