This is a very useful course to remind you the ins and outs of being positive in one's life in order to lead a healthy life. Obviously the set up was not ideal with the sound failing some of the time. I had terrible trouble joining in and had to install another software to be able to do it. it was very stressing. it was very useful and I would love to redo it. I look forward to receiving the presentation as it was sometimes a bit too much information to take in. (English is my second language).

Couldn't hear what they were saying, didn't have the work book as I am working from home and do not have a printer, tried everything to hear what was being said, couldn't even send a message to put my views across, if I could hear what they were saying I would have graded higher, sorry for the stars but there is no point me giving higher stars if I didn't have a clue what was being said

Absolutely amazing.. the switch between the two presenting was great, kept me interested. I have taken so much on board on a personal level and have planned some changes. I look forward to the longer course. Thank you so much

I enjoy learning more about the happy hormones. The DOSE Up. It is good to know the science behind it. I suggest that the facilitator leaves the definitions on screen for longer (I didn't have enough time to copy everything). Very good training. I found the tips very useful, for example the gratitude journal. Many thanks.

Thank you so much for this course. The content and delivery style were spot on and I think it would be of benefit to all staff, whether they experience mental ill health or just want to find out more. It was especially useful during these challenging times!

I would have preferred there not to be a break with such a short course and for it to be shorter given everyone's so busy - however I do appreciate this may not come across as being relaxed and positive. I would also like to have had a bit more on how to deal with work colleagues stress in the workplace but perhaps that is in the full course Overall really enjoyed it and found it very informative
