Jason was brilliant and had great ways of making the course interactive! He had great tips and advice.
Jason was absolutely brilliant. A really engaging course with lots of opportunity for practical application of the learning. It was also lovely to be outside, and made the situations feel more real. He was knowledgeable but frank with his answers, which was useful. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the course and we'd love to have him back.
Very good trainer, well explained instructions and practical advice
Liked how Jason included loads of practical & made us have to think/respond to real life scenarios.
Really solid practical good useful information. Practice heavy which is great.
Fantastically informative. Thank you
Stephen was great but the venue not really. Nowhere to have lunch except the small room we were in with 1 table.
