The trainer, Todd was brilliant and delivered the course very well with lots of opportunities to ask questions and talk about real life examples which made for a really enjoyable and informative course.

Interaction and question and answer times. 3. I came away not just with the theory but confidence that I can do what is required.

The course was enjoyable and active. Brendan was very knowledgeable and tailored his session to fit various scenarios which we could face in our job roles and everyday lives.
