The trainer, Andy was very informative and helpful and involved the whole group by providing handouts to be completed in pairs of staff. Walking through two complex sites afterwards (Guildford House & Guildford House) was exceptionally useful as this identified any shortfalls which needed to be resolved. Andy certainly 'went the extra mile' to provide an informative and pragmatic training course with walk-throughs afterwards in complex and historic sites. A thousand thanks to Andy!!

Venue was fantastic, Stephen was so amazing and nice, the slides were resourceful but not bombarded with paragraphs! Surrey First Aid Training is 10/10!

The trainer was pleasant and friendly. and she made the course relaxed, but also enjoyable and informative. I felt confident that she was well qualified to teach First Aid.

Phil was a great trainer and made it fun and easy to learn we were all on a top up course so nothing much had changed but he added his own stories and quiz questions which was great to join in.
