Absolutely fantastic. I came away feeling confident and more prepared if an incident occurs. Stephen was an excellent trainer- he really knew what he was talking about, had no difficulty answering questions and made it feel easy and straightforward rather than daunting and scary.

The trainer was very nice and gave us a lot of information, I would just say we didn’t go into the information in loads of detail, it was quite fast paced. But overall good and I’ve come out with more knowledge than I went in with.
