Clear and confident delivery of the course. Danny was excellent and took the time to really explain how/why methods should be used and answered all our questions thoroughly.
Very good trainer, very informed, and lots of practical stuff to use It might be useful to have a summary first aid booklet to take home

Stephen knew exactly what to talk about and what details equipment that would be needed in different scenarios. Very nice chap and will highly recommend and be using again for a refresher course.
