Very good. Might be an idea to outline the days agenda incl break times.
Training with Rachel was really good. Training was interactive and Rachel was able to answer all questions. Rachel was friendly and approachable. There was no monitor available but Rachel improvised well and it was nice not to be looking at a screen all day.
Stephen was very knowledgeable and funny to so made the practical session very enjoyable.
