The trainer was very engaging and ensured that everybody felt comfortable, despite the various levels of experience in the room. Thank you for bringing some humour to what can be a very difficult topic.
Not enough practice time for non clinical staff
Response: Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Due to the group size and time requested by the surgery, there simply is not the potential for a more hand on experience. We would recommend you speak with your employer about this for any future training.
