Andy was a great instructor. He was enthusiastic and made the course relaxed and took away some of the anxiety about having to use some of these approaches in a scary situation.
Really good instruction and made sure we knew everything before we moved on

Pam was so lovely and the day went very quickly. Thank you.
Pamela was very knowledgeable and helpful explaining all of the information needed. The class demonstrations didn't feel pressured and it had a very relaxed feel. Would love for Pamela to do my renewal in 3 years
