The course was well designed and informed for what we needed. Mark was patient and very informative.

I found the course very informative, the online materials very useful and Mark was excellent at delivering the practical training

Mark was a great trainer, informative and had fun with us when we were having a laugh. Gave some good real life examples. Great pace The interactive element such as the stomach thrusts was so important to get a physical and more realistic idea of pressure etc.

Great course with all questions explained clearly and practicals being demonstrated.
