Best first aid course I have done

Training with Rachel was really good. Training was interactive and Rachel was able to answer all questions. Rachel was friendly and approachable. There was no monitor available but Rachel improvised well and it was nice not to be looking at a screen all day.

It was a really thorough and practical course. Thank you, Rachel, you are a very good trainer. Perfect interaction, pitch of voice.

Really good to do scenarios to make it more realistic

Really useful training and lovely trainer! I learnt things that I hadn’t learnt on other first aid courses. I like the trainers honesty about what to do in each situation. It did feel a little rushed but I think it’s just because the group seemed to want an early finish and we probably would have covered more if we could use the PowerPoint. I liked how practical the course way. Thank you very much!

Jason delivered a great training course that was hands on and very realistic. It was interactive and he made things easily understandable. When asked a question the answer was straight to the point which was really good. Jason is very knowledgeable and draws on life experiences to support the learning journey for the participants.
