Brendan was very friendly and patient and very informative. He bought with him lots of visual aids and we roll played a lot of scenarios. It was very helpful.

Very enjoyable session, the trainer delivered the content in an appropriate manner based on the delegates, and considered our experience and needs in his delivery. Good sense of humour and an excellent manner, much appreciated!!
