I would have liked a handout summarising the key points
Response: Hi Mark, we send out a pdf copy of all course notes with the certificates so you will receive this.
Our trainer, ( Pam Marshall) was fantastic. Very engaging and informative. Facility was suitable and easy parking. Thank you.
Over the course of my working career, I’ve done a fair few of these courses, Jason was thorough with all the real life scenarios we could have at our workplace and went over them in great detail. Extremely knowledgeable.
Pam was lovely! She was happy to ask any questions I had.
The instructor was very engaging and good. I learnt a lot.
Excellent informative course. I am very grateful to have had the opportunity to refresh my knowledge.
Jason is an amazing trainer, highly recommend. Great teaching technique. road to get there from the main road. The only downside is the road to the venue, and the venue was a bit meh.
Really appreciated the hands on and scenario approach
