Friendly, enthusiastic trainer, who gave a comprehensive overview of Paediatric First Aid. I feel much more confident and better equipped for dealing with these sorts of situations at work. Plus the venue, Merrist Wood College, is beautiful! I would definitely recommend this course to anymore working with children or young people.
A really interesting and informative course that made us think and plan for a range of eventualities. Clearly delivered. Effective training at the right pace with lots of practical opportunities as well as a lot of theory. Really enjoyed the course. I hope I never have to use it!
Excellent content and pace from a very experienced medical professional. Good blend of practical and theory. Derek kept us engaged from the start.
A good and informative course, well led and delivered at a good pace. The practical element was very useful and all questions were answered fully by Derek. Very pleased with the content and the training overall.
Great course and content. Andy was friendly and professional and good at responding to questions and explaining the techniques before we put them into practice. Loved the location too.
Great delivery. Kept me interested. Useful anecdotes. Good pace. Covid secure. Great venue.
Eddie delivered the course with ease. Made everyone feel part of it and able to participate .
I cannot recall being on a course where no refreshments were provided, as was the case here.
Very knowledgeable and engaging. Thank you!
