Derek lead the course very well! Made it enjoyable and will recommend the course to my colleagues.
Eddie was fantastic and made the course interesting, easy to understand and even during the current COVID-19 pandemic made us all feel safe whilst carrying out the training. I had done this course 3 or so years ago and although the previous instructor was good Eddie managed to keep everyone's attention throughout the day.

Derek our trainer, was lovely, friendly, funny and kept us all on task. It is a long course and his friendly approached helped. Under the conditions of COVID, it was restricted but as most of us had already completed a First Aid course before, this did not have a detrimental effect on what we learnt. It was very informative and I personally got alot from what was offered.
Due to covid there was less contact i.e. recovery positions etc but overall adapted
Brendan was fantastic, thorough, good humoured and helpful throughout. By far the best first aid course I’ve been on, far superior to other trainers and now feel much more confident then I ever have before that I would be able to deliver first aid if I ever needed to. Thanks Brendan!

Brendan was an amazing trainer, very engaging during the course. It was my first, first aid course I have been on and he was able to deliver the information easily for me to understand.
