Brendan was fantastic, he was incredibly understanding of peoples individual circumstances and how some might find the course content upsetting. He is amazingly knowledgeable and we felt we are ready for any situation that may occur onsite thanks to him. Everyone who was on the course wanted to thank him for his time, understanding and patience
Very polite , explained everything well. Was able to get hands on and do demos
This is my 4ty first aid course and this is the best instructor I’ve ever had. Great course that flowed very well.

No hot refreshments available was disappointing
Response: Hello Wendy, we are very sorry to hear that there was no afternoon refreshment offered on your course. This is very unusual and we are investigating this matter in full and appreciate you taking the time to make us aware.
