Very good training, lots of examples to help us remember the information. Very knowledgeable and friendly, felt I could ask any questions and always answered clearly and made sure you understood.
The course covered all the subjects and the trainer was precise but informal in his approach which made for easy listening. A thoroughly enjoyable day , many thanks .
The venue was not clearly sign posted and I found it hard to get to the classroom as there was not many people on site to ask.

Good course for the time period allowed. Covered basics for type of first aid. Great course leader in Andy. Wrong building address within the college complex supplied for the course for arrival & only one road sign for the course within the long road system within the grounds. Hence difficult to find where we had to be. Spacious room for course but very cold, despite being August. Very spartan facilities for refreshments. Would have brought a flask of coffee if known as kitchen very small & only room for one at a time. Thanks for biscuits supplied!

Andy was very friendly and was able to answer all questions given really well. It was the first time for me doing this type of training and I felt i learnt a lot.
