I understand the importance of recognising signs of mental health problems, offering appropriate support and also reducing the sigma associated with mental well-being. The training emphasizes the need for active listening, empathy and creating a space for individuals to express their challenges.

Trainer provided an amazing session where the flow and educational side were spot on. We built up and learnt how to apply the skills all in the moment. The trainer was gentle but clear with his approach to sensitive topics.

A very informative course, covered a lot of mental health and not just basic/common ones that we hear about. Also like the role play bits too, and broke the course up .

At times, jumped around. Perhaps a little more structure would help follow
